At CIEx, the safety and security of our users’ accounts are our top priorities. To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and ensure a secure trading environment, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
This guide explains how to complete KYC step by step, along with answers to frequently asked questions.
Step-by-Step KYC Verification Guide
1. Log in to your CIEx Account:
- Visit the CIEx website and log in to your account using your credentials.

2. Access the Verification Center:
- Once logged in, Select [Identify Verification]

- You will be redirected to the Verification Center. Click on [Verify]

3. Identity Information & Document Selection

Choose issuing country

Select document type (Passport, Driver’s License, or other legal documents)

Enter your first name

Enter your last name

Enter your ID number

Click Next to proceed to document submission

4. Document Upload:

You will be required to upload three (3) photos in the following order:

Front side of your verification document
-
Back side of the same document
-
Selfie holding your document and a handwritten paper
The handwritten paper must clearly include:

Full name
-
ID number
-
CIEx website domain: ci-ex.com

Submission date
-
The following statement (written exactly):
"I am responsible for all actions on ci-ex.com, and accept all risks and consequences."

5. Review Process:
- Once you have submitted your verification information, our verification team will carefully review your submission.
6. Notification:
- We will notify you via email once the verification check is completed.
- If further action is required or any issues arise during the process, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
