In this article, we will guide you through the process of removing your CIEx account on our exchange platform. Whether you're using the desktop version or our mobile application, we've outlined step-by-step instructions accompanied by screenshots to make the process as seamless as possible. Before proceeding, please ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining assets from your account, as once the removal process is completed, it cannot be reversed. Let's dive into the steps for account removal.
Desktop Version:
1- Log in to your CIEx Account and click on the profile icon located in the upper right corner. Then, select “Account List” as shown in the screenshot below:
2- Click on “Remove Account” as indicated in the screenshot below:
3- Tick the box confirming the risk prompt. If you have any remaining assets, ensure to withdraw them before proceeding.
4- Click on “Remove Account”.
5- Click on “Yes, remove it” to confirm.
Mobile Application Version:
1- Tap the personal account icon located in the upper left corner.
2- Select "Security Center".
3- Tap "Remove Account".
4- Tick the box confirming the risk prompt.
5- Click on “Remove Account”.
6- Click on “Yes, remove it” to confirm.
Once you've followed these steps on the mobile application, your CIEx account will be successfully removed. Please remember that this action is irreversible, and you won't be able to reactivate your account afterward.
