      Polygon (MATIC) network upgrade

      CIEx has Temporarily Suspended Deposits and withdrawals via the Polygon (MATIC) Network on 2023-11-08.

      Dear Centurians,

      Due to the upgrade of the Polygon (MATIC) node, the platform has suspended the recharge and withdrawal services of the Polygon (MATIC) network to support the upgrade of the Polygon (MATIC) network.

      Please note:

      • The trading of token(s) on the aforementioned network will not be impacted.
      • Deposits and withdrawals for token(s) on the aforementioned network will be reopened once the upgraded network is deemed to be stable. We will issue an announcement notice as soon as the maintenance is completed.
