How do I unbind my Google Authenticator GA on CIex?

In the event that you lose or replace your phone, you can follow these steps to unbind Google Authenticator (GA) from your CIEx account to ensure continuous access. However, we do not actively encourage unbinding GA under normal circumstances.


Kindly send an email with the below information to:  customercare@centurioninvest.com


"My Name is _________________with the ID number _________     . I am asking to unbind my GA on CIEx."


Once we receive your email with the provided details, we will initiate the process to unbind the GA from your CIEx account.


This will enable you to proceed with the necessary steps to link your new phone and GA to your CIEx account securely.
