My Crypto deposit is not yet credited to my CI Wallet
If your crypto deposit has not been credited to your CI Wallet, you can track the status of your transaction by following these steps:

- Sign in to your account using your credentials.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will find the transactions section.
- Look for your specific transaction to check its status.
