  • Navigate to the [Personal Verification] page. This will direct you to the Verification Center.

3. Agreement and Document Selection:

  • In the Verification Center, click on “Continue” and review the terms and conditions.
  • Select the issuing country and choose the appropriate document type for verification.

4. Document Upload:

  • Upload the required document as per the document type selected.
  • Ensure the document is clear, legible, and meets the specified requirements.
  • You can copy the link or scan the QR code to continue the verification process on your phone.

5. Biometric Liveness Check:

  • Complete the biometric liveness check by taking a selfie photo.

 

 

6. Verification Process:

  • Once you have submitted your verification information, our automated verification system will review it.

7. Notification:

  • We will notify you via email once the verification check is completed.

Answer 2: If you are a new user and don’t complete the verification within the provided deadline, your CIEx account will be restricted to “Deposit Only” status. This means you will not be able to use the fiat service, order the CIX Crypto Visa Card, or engage in trading.
