      Virtual IBAN User Guide


      VIBAN

      We are excited to introduce our new Virtual IBAN (VIBAN) feature! With this new feature, you can easily create a VIBAN, deposit EUR, and seamlessly buy and trade crypto. Unlock endless opportunities in the crypto world and take full advantage of the features available in our exchange.

      In this article, we will guide you on how to create a VIBAN account and make deposits seamlessly.

      1. How to Create a VIBAN Account

      Step 1: Sign In or Register

      Step 2: Request a Virtual IBAN

      1. Navigate to the VIBAN section in your account.

      2. Select your country:

        • Please note that this service is for European countries. If you select a non-EU country, you will receive the message: "Service not available in your country." If you select an EU country, proceed to the next steps.

      3. Provide the required Personal Details:

        • Full name

        • Country of birth

        • Birthdate

        • Email

        • Phone number

      4. Enter your Address Details:

        • Country of residence (must match the EU country selected earlier)

        • Full address (street, city, postal code)

      5. Upload a Proof of Address Document:

        • Acceptable documents: ID card, passport, or driver’s license.

      Step 3: VIBAN Generation

      • Once your request is submitted:

        • Your Virtual IBAN and Bank Information will appear in your account.

        • The Account Information section will display the VIBAN, BIC/SWIFT, and Bank Name.

        • The VIBAN status will be marked as Pending until final approval.

      • You’ll be notified that your IBAN request is in progress, and you can track the status directly in your account.

       

      2. How to Make a Deposit to Your VIBAN Account

      Step 1: Access Deposit Information

      • Once your Virtual IBAN is approved:

        • Go to the Deposit section in your account.

        • Retrieve the necessary details, including:

          • IBAN for deposits

          • BIC/SWIFT Code (if required)

          • Bank Name

          • Beneficiary Name: Centurion Invest UAB

          • Reference Code (essential for identifying your payment)

      Deposit Instructions

      To deposit funds into your account, please make sure:

      • Beneficiary Name: is Centurion Invest UAB
      • Currency: is Only EUR deposits are accepted through SEPA transfers.

      Step 2: Initiate a Deposit

      • Make a SEPA transfer from your personal bank account to the Virtual IBAN.

      • Ensure you include the Reference Code exactly as shown in the deposit details.

       
      T&Cs Apply:
      • Processing Time: The transfer will be completed within 2 business days.
      • Email Notification: Once your deposit is successfully processed, you will receive an email notification confirming that the transfer is complete.
      • KYC Requirement: Please note that KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed.
      • Country Restriction: The VIBAN service is available only for users in European countries.
      • SEPA Transfer Requirement: Deposits must be made via SEPA transfer and in EUR currency.
      • Beneficiary Name: When making the transfer, ensure that the beneficiary name is Centurion Invest UAB and not your own name.
